A Taste of Crete

Perched at the water's edge, Thalassa is the heart of our culinary offering. Floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, while a shaded terrace extends over the bay for al fresco dining at every meal.

The menu changes daily, guided by what our fishermen bring in each morning and what's ripest in the garden. Breakfast is a generous affair of local cheeses, baked goods, and seasonal fruits. Dinner leans into the catch of the day — grilled over charcoal, finished with wild herbs and cold-pressed olive oil.

Hidden among gnarled olive trees that have stood for centuries, The Olive Grove is our most intimate dining experience. A long communal table sits beneath a canopy of stars, lit by lanterns and the warm glow of the wood-fired grill.

This is slow food in the truest sense — whole fish wrapped in fig leaves, lamb slow-roasted over embers, vegetables charred and drizzled with aged balsamic. The five-course tasting menu changes weekly and is best accompanied by our sommelier's wine pairing.

Seasonal: May–October, Tuesday–Saturday. Reservations essential. Tasting menu €120 per person.

Steps from the infinity pool, our Pool Bar & Kitchen keeps things relaxed. Sink into a sun lounger and order from a menu of light, bright dishes — Cretan salads with hand-strained feta, ceviche with local citrus, grilled octopus skewers, and the resort's famous spiced watermelon and feta salad.

The bar serves creative cocktails made with Greek spirits (try the Mastiha Sour or the Cretan Mule), fresh juices, and a carefully edited selection of Greek and international wines by the glass.
