Set sail from our private dock on a traditional caique or modern sailing yacht, winding through the turquoise waters of Mirabello Bay. Your captain will guide you to secret swimming coves only accessible by boat, where the water is impossibly clear and the shoreline untouched.

Mid-journey, we'll anchor at a secluded beach where our chef has prepared a picnic of Cretan meze, fresh seafood, and chilled local wine. Snorkel equipment, paddleboards, and towels are all provided — just bring your sense of adventure.

Begin your morning at a local farmers' market with our executive chef, selecting the freshest produce of the season. Then drive into the hills to a family-owned olive farm where you'll learn the art of Cretan cooking — from stretching filo for bougatsa to slow-cooking lamb in a traditional clay pot.

You'll sit down to the meal you've prepared, paired with wines from nearby vineyards, as the sun sets over the valley. Recipes and a small bottle of the farm's own olive oil are yours to take home.

Venture into the rugged Lasithi plateau, a landscape of white-sailed windmills and terraced fields that has changed little in centuries. Your guide — a local archaeologist — will lead you through Minoan ruins, Byzantine churches, and villages where traditional weaving and cheese-making are still practiced.

The hike concludes at a family-run winery perched on a mountainside, where you'll taste indigenous Cretan varieties like Vidiano and Mandilari, paired with local cheeses and cold-pressed olive oil. A vehicle follows the group for those who prefer a shorter walk.
